UV Arc Flash Protection System – Touch Screen
Featuring a full-color touch screen, the ZYGGOT® Arco V5F protects electrical systems through an intelligent network of sensors capable of detecting the ultraviolet radiation emitted during the early stages of an electrical arc, even before visible light and the resulting overheating occur. This capability allows for an anticipatory response, protecting equipment in low-, medium-, and high-voltage environments, including outdoor installations and critical conditions.
The intelligent tripping relay, equipped with an ARM Cortex microprocessor, delivers high performance and reliability in protection applications. Its high-speed CAN network ensures efficient communication with the sensors, which are powered directly by the network, ensuring practicality and efficiency. In addition, a single relay supports up to 50 plug-in sensors, simplifying system installation and expansion.
Designed for use in switchgear, power cabinets, and substations, the ZYGGOT® Arco V5F combines practicality and robustness with high selectivity, enabling the detection of non-visible arc points. In the Multi Gateways version, it further expands flexibility, ensuring maximum operational safety and reliability.
