MIGUEL ABAD has developed a new series of block blocks in compliance with the latest technical requirements and with ISO 4301 FEM – Section I (Books 2 and 4) and DIN 15020 standards.
Its design is based on DIN 15408 and 15409 standards, but its components have been determined based on the maximum load capacity, the life, and the coefficients for determining the diameter of the pulleys.
The resistance to breakage is in all cases greater than that required by FEM standards. The suspensions (hook, crosshead, nut) comply with DIN 15411.
The hooks comply with DIN 15401 and 15402 standards and are made of forged ASt-52 quality steel (class P, DIN 15400 standard). Alloy steels 34 Cr Mo 4, 34 Cr Ni Mo 6 and 30 Cr Ni Mo 8 (classes S, T, V) can be used upon request.
Blocks are applicable to all lifting systems, from overhead cranes, gantry cranes, construction towers and mobile cranes.
