Description

The Insulated Unipolar Conductor Rail U10 is an electrical power transmission system designed for industrial applications that require safety, flexibility, and high reliability in the transmission of power, control, and data. It is especially suitable for indoor installations in movement, travel, and automation systems.

Manufactured in accordance with VDE 0100 and VDE 0470 / DIN EN 60529 standards, the U10 provides protection against direct contact (IP21), ensuring safe operation in industrial environments. Its insulated design prevents accidental contact with live parts and ensures proper phase separation.

The system allows configurations with any number of poles while occupying minimal space and offering high installation versatility. The contact surfaces can be positioned downward or laterally, adapting to different installation layouts.

The conductor rail is supplied in standard 6-meter sections, with shorter lengths available upon request, and can be bent on site both horizontally and vertically, facilitating integration into complex routes.

The earth conductor (PE) is clearly identified by a continuous yellow stripe and features a protected design that prevents polarity errors, enhancing system safety. In addition, the rail can be supplied with copper conductors (for power, control, and data) or stainless steel conductors (ideal for corrosive environments).
